2024 Paris Olympic Games: Medal Count and Highlights

The 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France, feature over 10,000 athletes from around the globe competing for glory. With 329 medal events, KXAN is keeping a close watch on the medal tally for each participating nation.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) ranks countries based on the number of gold medals won, followed by silver, then bronze. Consequently, the country with the highest total medal count may not necessarily top the leaderboard.
